My practice focuses on recreating and simplifying the arena of the building site as site-specific installation. The work concentrates on the transience and the temporality of this construction space. I am intrigued by the human influence, which remains, even when physical presence is absent.

The viewer is confronted with a mass collection of discarded materials, ordinarily considered waste. This is juxtaposed with artificial colour and a purposefully staged aesthetic. I aim to create an immersive world, using lighting to heighten the mysterious atmosphere; a building site without the barrier of a fence.
